Rob’s primary responsibility is managing sales and walk-in enquiries at the DSS Fontana location. Rob works with DSS Phoenix and DSS Bakersfield in servicing all accounts across the Northwest, Southwest, and West Coast.
Allan is DSS Bakersfield Manager & also works on Outside Sales. He works along DSS Fontana and DSS Phoenix as well as his outside sales role throughout the US.
Matthew is the primary point of contact for walk-ins at our Houston facility. He ensures that every visitor receives exceptional service and leaves with their needs fulfilled. Matthew's role extends beyond the office, as he also serves as a crucial link between our Houston yard and clients, providing seamless coordination and efficient communication.
Ethan’s role in Inside Sales & Business development. Aside from inside sales, his primary responsibility is qualifying new leads and generating new accounts for the outside sales team.
Julia is a Sales Support Specialist. Her responsibilities include managing supplier registrations, trade shows, communication updates among the US sales team, Salesforce/CRM and email marketing campaigns. She also services existing accounts and generating new leads alongside the US Sales Team.
Tim is DSS’ Business Development Manager for DSS in the US. He has more than 35 years of experience in the concrete construction supply, forming and shoring industries. Tim uses his knowledge of these construction segments to bring new products and systems to DSS, as we grow to become the leader in all facets of concrete construction supply in the country.
Juan manages our DSS Phoenix office as well as carrying out Outside Sales responsibilities. In managing the Phoenix location, he looks after customers in the West. This is alongside his role of building sales in the region.
Chad is the general manager and vice president of sales at Granite Industries. He enjoys working for Granite Industries because of the great coworkers and family environment. When Chad thinks of Granite Industries one thing that comes to mind is: “quality American made products.”
Rob provides service and sales support to expedite customer needs. He strives to provide industry-leading customer service, while coordinating daily operations and logistical demands. Safety is another priority to him. He endeavors to accelerate customer orders, while maintaining a safe work environment.
Jake is responsible for business development across Canada, handling both new and existing accounts. His years of experience in the scaffolding industry brings a heightened level of proficiency and knowledge to the team. His commitment to excellence extends beyond sales, with a background in Operations and Asset Management, Jake understands the importance of having the right equipment in the right place, at the right time.
Lyle is DSS’ Eastern Regional Manager. He has more than 25 years of experience in the scaffold industry. Lyle puts his extensive knowledge of scaffolding, operations, and sales to use in opening and developing branches and maintaining long-lasting strong relationships with DSS customers.
Jimmy is the Branch Manager at our Fontana location. He leads the DSS Fontana team and works together with the DSS Phoenix and DSS Bakersfield in servicing all accounts across the Northwest, Southwest, and West Coast.
Brandon is the Vice President and General Manager of DirecTank Environmental Products with responsibilities including business development, product development, and the management of day-to-day operations.
Bill Joe is the DSS Sales & Business Development Executive and has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience across a range of fields. He has been with DSS for nearly a decade.
Chris Moody is a second-generation member of the scaffold industry. Now twenty-five years into his career, Chris has grown up in the scaffold industry and has held positions ranging from yard laborer, data entry/billing, AP/AR, office manager, and sales and marketing. Chris believes that customer service is a vital piece of day-to-day business. He believes that strong relationships with his customers are key to success.
Ron has more than four decades of experience working in the scaffolding industry working in both private and public entities. His experience covers a range of scaffolding disciplines I including forming, shoring and E&D.
Kevin is the VP of Engineering and QA with responsibilities including product design and development, sales support, and engineering team management.
Director of International Operations for DirecTank Environmental Products, as well as the Director of International Strategic Development for Direct Scaffold Supply Daniel’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining strategy for international business, supporting and assisting with business development efforts, and establishing and maintaining the global supply chain.
As a Supply Chain Manager Maria’s primary focus is overseeing the development of new strategic factories and sourcing processes. Maria has an engineering background in product development which enables her to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our Supply Chain, ensuring that we consistently offer the best quality products to our customers.
Kevin is the General Manager of Forming & Shoring at DSS. Originally starting in the valve division with inside sales and operations, he was brought onto the DSS side to assist in managing OEM systems and vendor managed inventories. His role has evolved into new product and business development with a focus on growth with Formwork and Shoring.
Everardo is the Director of Operations (DOO) and a senior manager with the responsibility for overseeing the daily operational activities of the organization. His role involves making sure that operations run smoothly and efficiently while meeting quality standers, delivering resources on time, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

As Logistics Manager for the DSS Network of companies, Marc’s responsibilities include negotiation of shipping contracts with the carriers, truckers, and agents in order to offer the highest level of service coupled with the most competitive cost structure. Marc also handles the international transportation of both export and import cargoes of companies outside the DSS Network.
Kyle is the General Manager of Scaffold Frames with responsibilities including marketing, product development, and the management of day-to-day operations. He brings more than 20 years of diverse experience from engineering, project management, manufacturing, operations, and procurement.
Jerry Fuentes is DSS' General Manager, International Division. Jerry is at the forefront of DSS' growth and strives to provide clients with quality shoring and scaffolding globally.
Jeremy is the marketing director for Granite Industries and oversees DSS marketing operations as well. His responsibilities include website development, ecommerce, tradeshows, newsletters, and social media. He works closely with Mindy, Granite’s graphic designer, to develop digital and print content in house.
John May is our Sales Director EMEA looking after forming, shoring and access products international. He brings more than 35 years of experience in sales and business development of new markets.
As the Chief Financial Officer, Pam is responsible for financial integrity, risk management, Human Resources, Payroll, and IT. Pam is Texas CPA with more than 40 years of accounting/system experience in various fields.

As EVP of Operations Michael's primary responsibilities are the operations of the company, including Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Facility Management, and Cost Control Management.
David's role includes working closely with other senior managers to supervise and oversee all operational aspects of the company including engineering, product development, supply chain and purchasing, inventory control, and quality assurance and control. He works with the team to locate and set up new facilities for geographic expansion. He also works closely with engineering, sales, and the overseas team to develop and bring to market new products. David assists as necessary with retail initiatives, and work to increase DSS ecommerce capabilities.
As DSS President Guy helps oversee the company’s sales, manufacturing, branch support and logistics strategies. He has a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from the University of Dayton. Guy has extensive knowledge of the equipment rental and construction industries. As part of the Senior Management Team at DSS, Guy’s focus is to drive overall financial results by ensuring DSS continues to provide superior products at the best value to our customers.
