DSS manufactures and distributes a full line of steel and aluminum shoring frame systems complete with stringers, joists, and all necessary accessories.
The Direct Scaffold Supply shoring frame system has been the workhorse of the industry throughout the Americas for decades and is featured on many high-profile projects such as athletic stadiums, high-rise commercial buildings, and hospitals.
In addition to frame systems, DSS offers durable, heavy-duty post shores for quick set-up and easy dismantling. Our props have a broad range of heights from 6’6” to 18’ utilizing only two individual sizes, minimizing the need to carry multiple shores.
Our products are manufactured under the guidance of our exhaustive QA/QC program and ISO accreditations. We also ensure every piece of scaffolding is proof tested in the factory to ensure its meets the highest possible standard.
Hi-load steel shoring frames are structural systems used in construction projects to support and stabilisestabilize temporary structures such as walls, slabs, and beams. These frames are designed to withstand heavy loads and high pressure, making them ideal for use in projects that require extra support.
The frames are made of high-strength steel and are typically designed as modular units that can be easily assembled and disassembled as needed. They come in various sizes and shapes to accommodate different construction needs and can be customized to fit specific project requirements.
Aluminum shoring frames are temporary structural systems that provide support and stability to structures such as walls, slabs, and beams during construction projects. They are designed to be lightweight, durable, and easy to assemble, making them a popular choice for construction sites that require rapid installation and removal.
Aluminum shoring frames are made from high-strength aluminum alloy, which makes them resistant to corrosion and wear. They come in various sizes and shapes to accommodate different construction requirements, and they can be customized to meet specific project needs.
Shoring beams are designed to provide temporary support to walls, ceilings, floors, and other structures during construction, renovation, or repair work. They are often used in conjunction with other shoring equipment such as jacks, supports, and braces.
Aluminum shoring beams come in various sizes and shapes to accommodate different construction needs. They may feature adjustable height and width to fit different spaces and load requirements. Some beams also have locking mechanisms that secure them in place once they are positioned correctly.
Steel post shores consist of a steel tube with an adjustable height mechanism that can be extended or shortened to fit different heights and spaces. The tube is usually coated with a rust-resistant material to increase its durability and longevity.
The base of the steel shore post is usually made of a flat steel plate or a base plate with adjustable screw jacks that provide stability and allow for precise height adjustment. The top of the steel post shore is often designed with a U-shaped head to support the beam or structure being shored.
DSS Aluminum Post Shores consist of aluminum extrusions with bolted on top/base plates for easy repair. These lighter weight props give a wide range of variable heights with strong load bearing capabilities. With the powder coated outer extrusion and aluminum composition, they are rust resistant to increase durability and longevity. We have multiple bracing accessories available. With a universal hole pattern, they are able to work with several legacy components in the market.
